We are seeking a highly experienced Service Now Lead/Architect to guide the implementation, configuration, and management of Service Now platforms across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, and SAM modules.

This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate directly with clients to deliver scalable and efficient Service Now solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Service Now modules including ITSM, ITOM, and Sec Ops.
  • Conduct customer workshops and technical sessions to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure forms, workflows, reports, data imports, custom scripts, and third-party integrations.
  • Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies aligned with customer requirements.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across the team.
  • Identify and resolve issues within customer Service Now environments.
  • Stay current with Service Now platform updates and industry trends to maximize platform value.
  • Support project timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure all work aligns with organizational standards and quality benchmarks.
  • Participate in integration gate reviews and ensure compliance with change management and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading and delivering at least four ITSM or ITOM implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and customizing Service Now environments.
  • Proficiency in web technologies such as XML, JSON, AJAX, and CSS.
  • Experience with CMDB, scripting, and integration within Service Now.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to engage directly with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HAM, SAM, and Sec Ops modules.
  • Familiarity with CRMTD and other Service Now-related tools.
Certifications
  • Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, HAM Pro, SAM Enterprise
