Overall Experience12+ years
Years of ExperienceMinimum 5 years’ experience as RPA Architect working on UiPath platform; 2-3+ years as Automation Lead in an advisory role to senior management.
Core CompetenciesUiPath Product, RPA assessment & feasibility study, Solution Architecture, Intelligent Process Automation, Project Management Activities.
Responsibilities- Drive automation roadmaps, including intelligent automation
- Work with management teams to drive automation adoption across the enterprise
- Design and architect the RPA solution using the UiPath platform
- Ensure the RPA solution architecture is scalable and extensible
- Drive the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality and performance
- Lead the design, specification and selection of RPA solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance
- Partner with customers to identify the best customized solution that meets their requirements in terms of RPA strategy on an enterprise level
- Facilitate and lead requirements gathering/process design workshops with large groups of SMEs and business teams
- Hands‑on experience in process assessment and feasibility studies for RPA
- Understand technical issues and collaborate with the technical/development team for issue resolution
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of the seamless implementation of RPA processes
- Investigate AS‑IS processes and design or suggest the improved stack TO‑BE Operational Model processes based on gap analysis and problem identification
- Experience programming (VB, C#, .NET, C++) and databases (SQL) is a must
- Working knowledge of infrastructure including servers, storage, firewalls, etc.
- Working knowledge of Disaster Recovery Infrastructure, high availability
- Strong experience as an Automation Lead for RPA projects and working with offshore delivery teams
- Experience improving automation adoption and scalability
- Experience in UiPath Document Understanding, Action Center, Process Mining and UiPath Insights
- Adept at stakeholder interaction
- Good understanding of UiPath product ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel to other locations if required
- Assist project manager in project management activities (planning, effort estimation, scheduling, change management, scoping, monitoring, risk management, etc.)
- Experience working and coordinating across various groups, leading cross‑functional teams, including production support staff, management, software developers
