The Program Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of cloud-based initiatives with a strong focus on business intelligence, predictive analytics, and enterprise planning solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SAP planning platforms, cloud administration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive digital transformation, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance executive decision‑making.

• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based planning and analytics solutions to optimize business processes.
• Oversee the integration of business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Drive predictive analytics strategies to support strategic planning and market trend analysis.
• Manage data modeling initiatives, including data actions and allocation strategies.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards providing real‑time KPIs and business metrics.
• Drive adoption of SAP Digital Boardroom to support executive decision‑making.
• Ensure seamless cloud integration with MS Office tools to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align digital initiatives with business priorities.
• Monitor program progress, manage risks, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Evaluate and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Support the hybrid work model by leveraging digital collaboration and planning tools.

• Strong expertise in cloud administration and integration.
• Proven experience in business intelligence, predictive analytics, and forecasting.
• Hands‑on knowledge of data modeling, dashboarding, and planning processes.
• Experience leading enterprise planning and analytics programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
