Alldus is hiring on behalf of a leading Service Now consultancy seeking an experienced Service Now Architect with deep expertise across IT Asset Management. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading architecture discussions, advising stakeholders, and driving best-practice Service Now implementations.
Role Overview
- Act as the Service Now Architecture lead for ITAM-focused engagements
- Own solution design across HAM and SAM, ensuring scalable and compliant implementations
- Lead client-facing workshops, architecture reviews, and technical discussions
- Partner with delivery teams to guide configuration, integrations, and data strategy
- Provide thought leadership and best-practice guidance across the Service Now platform
Required Experience
- Strong hands-on and architectural experience with Service Now ITAM
- Proven experience in a Service Now Architect or senior technical leadership role
- Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Certifications (Required / Preferred)
- Certified Application Developer and Certified System Administrator – required
- 2+ Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications – required
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – highly preferred
Location & Travel
- Hybrid role with 1 day per month onsite in New Jersey
- Remote flexibility outside of onsite requirement
