- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to development and support teams.
- Conduct system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, solution presentations, and client discussions as a subject matter expert when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), with at least 5+ years focused on Open Text xECM.
- Proven expertise in architecting and implementing Open Text Content Server and Extended ECM solutions.

- Knowledge of cloud deployment strategies (Azure, AWS) for Open Text solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to lead projects, manage priorities, and work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- Open Text certifications (e.g., Open Text Content Server Administrator, Extended ECM Specialist, Extended ECM for SAP Solutions Certified) are highly desirable.
