What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead the design and implementation of customer success accreditation and onboarding programs
  • Develop and maintain enablement content, including webinars, guides, and playbooks, utilizing AI for efficiency
  • Oversee the communications framework for the Customer Success team, ensuring consistent messaging
  • Manage change strategies and training plans for new processes and tools across the organization
  • Collect and synthesize feedback to continuously improve customer success initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, or Program Management
  • Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience in global organizations, preferably in SaaS or technology
  • Strong business acumen and customer‑centric mindset
  • Excellent program management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at various levels of management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with generative AI tools for content creation and analysis
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, LMS platforms, Highspot, Matik, and enterprise communications systems
  • Background in designing learning experiences or role‑based enablement programs
  • Strong project management and change management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information into actionable content
