What You Will Do- Provide application support for systems used by front‑ and back‑office functions, client distribution teams, end‑users, vendors, and technology teams, troubleshooting business issues and collaborating with diverse investment groups.
- Own and account for the operation, monitoring, and integrity of technology platforms, including complex nightly data import processes from multiple external vendors.
- Be on‑call for failure escalations—including evenings and weekends—on a rotation basis.
- Participate in incident and problem‑management processes, delivering root‑cause analysis, resolution, and reporting.
- Ensure the stability of the production environment during change, incident, and problem management, enforcing policies.
- Manage relationships internally with business and technology stakeholders.
- Navigate the broader technology organization, building relationships with critical technology partners to manage the team’s agenda.
- Interface with external vendors and their technical support/development teams, focusing on issue resolution and strategic enhancements.

- 4+ years of experience in a Technology Application Support or SRE role.
- Experience in the financial industry.
- Strong communication, analytical, investigative, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure).
- Experience with database concepts and SQL querying (MS SQL preferred).
- Familiarity with Linux command line.
- Understanding of application monitoring and alerting requirements.
- Experience with scheduling tools (Autosys preferred).
- Excellent documentation skills for processes and incident resolution.
- A tenacious sense of ownership and a desire to resolve incidents quickly.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to improve the status quo.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Software development or scripting skills for code changes, bug fixes, and automation.

Note: Prudential is required by state‑specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range is $115,000 to $135,000. Specific pricing may vary within this range based on geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
