As Lead, IAM Control & Oversight in the Information Security Office, you will work with business partners and technology professionals to improve the identity and access security of company and client systems and data. Within this role you will assist with design, execution, and continuous improvement of identity and access controls. You will be responsible for ensuring strong security governance and minimizing potential risks by implementation of effective controls and processes.

In addition to advanced technical expertise, you will bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills, along with agile ways of working, strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do.

• Perform highly complex daily project and operational work, with ownership of the solution/process, per the direction of more senior team members.
• Provide guidance to more junior team members.
• Utilize expertise in business operations, industry best practice and security systems to recognize new or emerging risks. Develop new capabilities and enhance tools or processes to mitigate those risks strategically.
• Continuously collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to ensure an appropriate Information Security mindset is in place with our technology and business partners.
• Troubleshoot complex problems that junior team members have escalated.
• Support regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements (e.g., SOX, SOC, ISO, NIST)

• Bachelor of Computer Science or Engineering or experience in related fields
• Ability to coach others with minimal guidance and effectively leverage diverse ideas, experiences and perspectives to the benefit of the organization
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Knowledge of business concepts and information security tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear risk and control implications for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an on-going basis through self-initiative and tackling challenges
• Excellent critical thinking, communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt with evolving business decisions and technical improvements or limitations
