What you will doAt PGIM, Front Office Investment Solutions team is transforming how investment professionals access insights, conduct research, analyze portfolios, and serve clients through modern technology and AI-powered workflows.

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically savvy Business Systems Analyst to help drive the evolution of Peregrine, our front-office investment platform, and Merlin, our next-generation AI ecosystem powering investment research, portfolio analysis, workflow automation, document generation, and intelligent decision support across the firm.

This is an opportunity to work directly with Credit Research, Portfolio Management, Quantitative Solutions, ESG, and Client teams on high-impact initiatives that are redefining investment processes  will join a fast-moving team building modern cloud-native and AI-enabled capabilities that are becoming foundational to the future of front-office investing.

What you can expect

Partner closely with investment professionals, product owners, designers, and engineering teams to deliver modern front-office investment solutions

Help shape and enhance AI-powered workflows across research, portfolio management, analytics, and client solutions

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user journeys, workflows, and functional specifications

Translate complex investment and operational processes into scalable technology solutions

Drive discovery sessions, process reviews, and solution workshops with stakeholders across the business

Support the evolution of Peregrine and Merlin capabilities, including AI-assisted research workflows, intelligent search, summarization, analytics, and workflow automation

Work with structured and unstructured investment data, including research, holdings, exposures, market data, and portfolio analytics

Collaborate with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments to prioritize work, refine requirements, and support sprint execution

Create process flows, data mappings, and gap analyses for current and future-state workflows

Help define user acceptance testing strategies and support successful product rollouts and adoption
