Scrum Master

Job Description

We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate two projects using Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. Incident management and working toward an SLA is desired. You will be working with global teams and strong time‑management skills are required.

Miami, FL

• Scrum certified (CSM or PSM)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Experience with incident management and SLA delivery (desired)
• PMP certification (desired)

• General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying
• SAFe certification and Kanban certification (plus)
• Proactive work with cross‑functional teams
• Knowledge of Agile project‑management tools such as Jira or Trello

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company
• Coach and mentor the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high‑quality products
• Prioritize the product backlog in partnership with the Product Developer
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‑up, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering the team’s progress
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high‑quality products/solutions on time
• Ensure adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles
