Oracle EBS Jr. Analyst

Consultant will be responsible for providing support of all aspects of Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing system. Extensive experience in Oracle EBS suite required.

• Lead a functional and technical team engaged in enhancement and support of Oracle EBS suite.
• Coordinate project assignments for staff or consultants to ensure timely completion and optimal efficiency.
• Ensure applications meet business requirements and end user needs, and identify and resolve issues.
• Use 3+ years of progressive experience in implementing large-scale ERP projects; hands‑on experience in analysis, design, software development, testing, and support of Oracle EBS.
• Oversee projects from concept through completion, meeting scope, schedule, and resource targets and achieving desired business results; knowledge of E‑business Upgrade Methodology and project management.
• Experience with full implementation life cycle, support, and upgrade projects in Oracle SCM/Finance modules (INV, PO, Shipping Execution, OM, ISupplier, IProcurement, Sourcing, AP, GL, FA). Excellent command over P2P cycles, GL, inventory management.
• Validate SCM & Finance business flows and processes to provide solutions for user issues.
• Understand defect life cycle, defect analysis, resolution, fixes, retesting; experience in data integration and migration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Facilitate identification and mitigation of project risks and issues; collaborate with project teams and lead development of consistent and standard project plans at the milestone level.
• Customize/ personalize Oracle forms.
• System support:
  Oracle EBS. Preferred skillsets: SQL, SQL Developer, Oracle API, XML Publisher, TOAD, PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle Forms, Integration, Bartender, Barcoding.

3+ years of progressive experience in large‑scale ERP projects, analysis, design, development, testing, and support of Oracle EBS suite.
