Must have

- 5 + years of hands-on experience working with the Workday Financials across Revenue Management, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Expenses & Billing
- Configure and Customize Workday financial system and modules using Workday business process framework
- Design, develop and support integrations using Workday Studio, Cloud Connect and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) with other applications using OOB connectors and custom API orchestration
- Workday Financials Certification demonstrating expertise in managing finance related tasks within Workday Platform
- A deep understanding of the Workday platform capabilities, integration patterns, and strong analytical skills to design scalable, high-performing solutions
- Capable of translating complex Finance processes into technical flow/ specifications and solutions taking specific strengths and limitations into consideration
- Have a solid understanding of the data flow across disperse systems, its challenges and best practices involved in maintaining data integrity, for reliable cross-platform reporting and reconciliation
- Support the ongoing development, maintenance and administration of Workday across the global business, work with leadership from the business and technical teams
- Must possess organizational, problem-solving skills and time management skills and be able to meet deadlines; must be detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to take initiative and proactively improving processes with alignment from the key stakeholders
- Effective verbal and written communicator, able to adapt delivery style and language to suit the audience; able to present complex issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- Serve as a Workday product specialist, building relationships with our stakeholders across the globe as well as third-party vendors to ensure that the services and solutions provided meet existing and future business needs
