Duration: 6+ Months
Salary Range: $50- $55/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Job Description:
We are seeking a technically strong Project Manager / Delivery Manager, who has transitioned into delivery or project management. The ideal candidate should have strong technical depth in data engineering and data platform modernization programs, enabling effective leadership of complex, large-scale initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale data migration and data platform modernization projects
- Drive project planning, execution, and governance across onshore and offshore teams
- Develop and maintain:
- Detailed project plans
- Migration roadmaps
- Sprint backlogs
- Delivery milestones
- Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, bottlenecks, and design gaps
- Facilitate decision-making using strong technical understanding of data platforms and architecture
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations
- Manage agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Prior experience as a Developer or Technical Lead before transitioning into Project/Delivery Management
- Strong background in data engineering, data architecture, and infrastructure management
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Data migration projects
- Data platform modernization/buildouts
- ETL pipelines and frameworks
