Jr. Oracle EBS Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide support for all aspects of Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing system.
• Lead functional and technical teams engaged in the enhancement and support of Oracle eBS suite.
• Coordinate project assignments for staff or consultants to ensure timely completion and optimal efficiency.
• Ensure the application meets business requirements, fulfills end‑user requirements, and resolve issues.
• Oversee projects from concept through completion, meeting scope, schedule, and resource targets while achieving desired business results.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and collaborate with teams to develop consistent and standard project plans at milestone level.

• Extensive experience in Oracle eBS suite, including Oracle Financials, Procurement, and Warehousing.
• 3+ years of progressive experience implementing large‑scale ERP projects.
• Hands‑on experience in analysis, design, software development, testing, and support of Oracle eBS.
• Experience with full implementation life cycle, support, and upgrade projects in Oracle SCM/Finance modules (INV, PO, Shipping Execution, OM, ISupplier, IProcurement, Sourcing, AP, GL, FA).
• Excellent command of P2P cycles, GL, inventory management, and business flows.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good at validating SCM & Finance business flows and processes to provide solutions.
• Experience with defect life cycle, defect analysis, resolution, fixes, retesting, data integration, and migration.
• Knowledge of E‑Business Upgrade methodology and project management.
• Experience with customization/personalization of Oracle forms.
• Familiarity with SQL, SQL Developer, Oracle API, XML Publisher, TOAD, PL/SQL, Workflow, Oracle Forms, Integration, Bartender, and barcoding.
