Manager – Client Services & Delivery

We are looking for a Manager – Client Services & Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of P&C insurance projects
, with a strong focus on Guidewire implementations
. This role combines delivery leadership, client engagement, and team management to ensure high-quality execution and client success.

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Guidewire implementations and P&C insurance projects.
• Drive execution across Policy Center, Claim Center, and Billing Center
  .
• Ensure adherence to best practices and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Act as the primary client interface
  , managing expectations and building strong relationships.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance outcomes.
• Monitor project health, risks, and governance
  , ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business objectives
  .
• Stay updated on Guidewire advancements and incorporate into delivery strategy.

• 8–12 years of experience in IT delivery / project management within P&C Insurance
  .
• Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire (Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center).
• Proven track record in leading large-scale implementations and client engagements
  .
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL frameworks
  .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  .
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Business
  ; PMP/ITIL certifications preferred.
