Data Center Resiliency Manager
Lawrenceville, NJ (100% Onsite)
12+ Months
$60-$65/HR
Manages onsite and co-location data center infrastructure (80% focus) and coordinates disaster recovery (DR) resiliency (20% focus).
Key Responsibilities:- Operations:
Lead local IT teams and oversee onsite/co-location data center facilities. - Escalations:
Troubleshoot incidents and manage Service Now ticket queues. - DR Programs:
Maintain global DR plans and lead large-scale simulation exercises. - Vendors:
Manage co-location providers, smart hands, and hardware contracts.
- Experience:
10+ years in IT infrastructure and data center operations. - DC Design:
Strong expertise in structured cabling and hot/cold aisle layouts. - Resiliency:
Proven depth in Disaster Recovery solutions and recovery guides. - Cloud:
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
