• Demonstrated experience and organizational skills and ability to lead a team of 80+ strong technical globally disperse consultants
  -including managers in multiple operational domains
• Experience mentoring and developing managers
• Demonstrated experience with operations adoption of IaaC in Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or AWS
• Significant familiarity with 3 or more domains (e.g cloud platforms, security, infrastructure, tech strategy, business strategy, etc
• Strong public cloud experience with 10+ years of architectural expertise with 2+ years of direct leadership experience including, but not limited to, strategy setting, operational excellence, and efficiency
• Demonstrated ability to design complex architectures and understand the technical roles needed to organize a team to develop technical solution
• Proven experience in leading large complex technical cloud initiatives in regulated environment leveraging Change, Problem, and Incident Management processes.
• Excellent skills in the areas of interpersonal communication, self-awareness, social acumen, team building and personal credibility

• Lead & manage a team of technical cloud consultants including setting goals, expectations, and ensuring team alignment to corporate metrics
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members
• Grow and manage the team through establishment of appropriate people development processes hiring, frequent feedback loops, and appropriate adjustments
• The successful candidate will also add value as an important team member for the industrialization of Client s cloud solution processes with the objective of improving efficiencies, solution accuracy and continually increasing technical cloud expertise as market expectation and cloud services continue to evolve.
• Work closely with customers, Clients sales, 3rd party providers and other business units to ensure consulting engagements are successful.
• Responsible for understanding the client s technical business and cloud needs and accurately translating the needs into technical requirements to successfully design and deliver a cloud-based solution.
• Analyze and make recommendations for a change program in order to drive operational efficiencies based on moving to a cloud /Dev Sec Ops  operating model
• Provide architecture overview and quality assurance for programs
• Shape overall solution with customer teams and progress to design and implementation stage
• Work with customer technology, application, security and business stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are gathered and documented to the agreed plan
• Potentially own the delivery plan and assume delivery manager role for team of multiple resources
• Perform due diligence on proposed designs, identifying potential issues with the execution and operational architectures and recommend possible options
• Interface with other technology groups to promote common tools and standards at a global level
• Perform impact analysis of proposed major changes to the process / technology landscape of customer systems
• Maintain a close relationship with customers architecture teams
• Communicate at C-level verbally, in writing and be comfortable giving presentations at this level
