Core Responsibilities

Implement enterprise application software with external clients; analyze customers' as-is operations, identify opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes, and implement TMS software. Deliver client training, problem identification, issue mediation, and deliver a course of action during implementation.

Technical Focus

Technical database skills primarily focused on Operations, Customer Service, Accounting and Financial areas of the product.

• Define and document customer requirements: overall business process and workflow, reporting needs, data structure and definition.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Configure and implement software: setup of software modules, internal modeling of customer processes, provide customer training, consulting on data conversion, consulting on go-live cutover.
• Resolve customer issues related to software implementation.
• Provide technical solutions to customer issues when applicable.
• Administrative duties: accurate entry of time for billable and non‑billable daily, participation/compliance in Trimble People Experience activities.
• Engagement surveys: provide daily recaps of customer engagement activity to Trimble project managers and customer stakeholders; remain responsive to customer and internal inquiries in a timely manner.
• Email and communication: review/respond to email/requests daily; communicate realistic response/delivery dates, and changes to delivery dates in a timely manner.

• At least 3-5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients.
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google for Work applications.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions.
• Time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work appropriately.
• Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross‑functionally to accomplish objectives.
• Ability to learn quickly and remain current with rapidly developing software.
• Strong follow‑through, willingness to own and manage projects from end to end.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrating the ability to work with internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 60-80% travel.
• Ability to travel overnight 4 to 5 days per week.

• Knowledge of enterprise‑wide software in the transportation industry.
• Experience with Truck Mate systems.
• Operations or Administration experience in the transportation industry.
• Project Management experience.
