Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly analytical Senior Quality Analyst with UAT experience to ensure that technology solutions meet business requirements and deliver real value to end users. In this role, you will validate that delivered functionality aligns with Business Analyst specifications and supports overall business objectives. You will design and execute comprehensive test scenarios, identify defects, document findings, and collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to support successful project delivery.

• Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to support analysis, delivery, and validation of enhancements and projects.
• Review and interpret business requirements; identify gaps and request clarification from Business Analysts or Product Owners when needed.
• Develop detailed UAT test scenarios, scripts, and supporting documentation aligned to user stories and business requirements.
• Execute UAT test cycles, including retesting of fixed defects, ensuring all functionality performs as expected.
• Document defects clearly, including steps to reproduce, expected vs. actual results, and relevant supporting evidence.
• Track, consolidate, and report test results across all scenarios to support informed decision‑making.
• Highlight risks, issues, and blockers that may impact product sign‑off or business readiness.
• Support business readiness activities, including communication, training, and production validation.
• Build strong working relationships across IT and business teams, contributing to a collaborative and solution‑focused environment.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Business Analysts on testability and requirement quality.
• Participate in requirement review cycles, offering recommendations to Business Leads to ensure clarity and testability.
• Contribute to successful project delivery from initiation through completion.

• 10+ years of Senior Quality Assurance experience with solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with backend validation skills

• Strong experience with test tracking and execution tools such as HP ALM and Jira
  .
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops or MS Visual Studio.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Experience working on large, global, or cross‑functional projects.
• Ability to review and understand both business and technical documentation.
