Job Description:

Cluster Delivery Head – Cloud, Infrastructure & Security

Location:

New Jersey / New York

Senior leadership role within CIS responsible for end-to-end delivery across a cluster of accounts. Drives delivery excellence, customer success, and profitable growth.

• Own P&L (revenue, margin, cost optimization)
• Drive delivery-led growth and account expansion
• Own delivery across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security
• Ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence
• Build CXO relationships and improve CSAT
• Anchor large deals and renewals
• Govern financials, utilization, and RAID
• Lead global delivery teams

• Revenue & margin
• CSAT / NPS
• SLA compliance
• Talent metrics

• 22+ years in IT services with CIS expertise
• Managed services / multi-tower delivery leadership
• Strong Cloud, Infra, Security knowledge
• CXO Stakeholder Management

• CMT (Communications, Media and Technology) domain exposure
• Large transformation program experience
• Experience delivering AI-native or AI-led solutions (AIOps, automation, security analytics)
