Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced M365 Compliance & Purview Specialist to strengthen our global Microsoft 365 governance, data protection, and compliance capabilities. This role will own and mature Purview and DLP controls across the enterprise, ensuring Microsoft 365 services operate securely, remain aligned with regulatory and organizational requirements, and support Teva’s digital workforce strategy.
Responsibilities- Lead M365 Security & Compliance areas, including Purview and DLP.
- Ensure adherence of all M365 workloads to governance, legal, compliance, and privacy requirements.
- Manage Purview policies: sensitivity labels, retention, insider risk, eDiscovery, audit configuration, and DLP controls.
- Govern secure external collaboration and data‑sharing scenarios.
- Monitor evergreen changes and keep compliance settings continuously updated.
- Collaborate closely with M365 Operations, Digital COE Product Team, M365 Solution Architects, and Power Platform teams.
- Work directly with Corporate Security, Cyber Security, and Security Operations on DLP and Purview enforcement and incident handling.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Privacy, and Governance teams to ensure all Purview governance components are aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Purview and DLP.
- Background working with security, legal, compliance, or governance stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a complex global environment with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise across core M365 workloads (Teams, One Drive, SharePoint, Exchange) and compliance‑related configurations.
