IT Equipment Coordinator

This role supports day-to-day IT operations with a focus on hardware lifecycle management, end-user equipment support, and workplace technology logistics. Responsibilities include managing inventory, provisioning and deploying devices, troubleshooting hardware issues, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, and assisting with technology-related operational projects.

• Manage inventory, tracking, and lifecycle of IT assets and end-user devices
• Provide first-level hardware support, troubleshooting, and repair coordination
• Prepare, configure, deploy, and retire computer equipment and mobile devices
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including workstation setup and equipment collection
• Perform device imaging, data wiping, refurbishment, and recycling processes
• Coordinate asset shipping, receiving, tracking, and distribution
• Assist with office technology moves, adds, changes, and related operational projects
• Support broader IT and Technology Operations initiatives as needed

• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge preferred
• Experience supporting IT asset management, hardware deployment, or desktop support functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable performing physical tasks related to equipment handling and workplace technology support
