This hybrid position is located in Warren, NJ or New York City, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
About the RoleWe are looking for a professional to drive transformational initiatives across the Casualty portfolio. The role partners with senior leadership to optimize operations, deliver innovative solutions, and accelerate the company's strategic priorities.
Responsibilities- Lead transformation efforts: evaluate and redesign operational processes and organizational models to unlock efficiency and scalability.
- Execute strategic priorities: translate strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps and deliver key initiatives across the Casualty portfolio.
- Own complex programs: lead large‑scale cross‑functional initiatives—including technology implementations—across underwriting, product, actuarial, finance, operations, and IT.
- Deliver measurable impact: manage initiatives end‑to‑end to ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution with strong governance, transparency, and accountability.
- Harness data to drive decisions: use analytics and KPIs to track performance, inform decisions, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
- Advance innovation and AI adoption: partner with AI Engineering and Technology teams to identify and scale high‑value use cases across Casualty.
- An engineering mindset with an ability to solve business problems through thoughtful process improvements and system designs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and influence cross‑functional teams and leaders.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills tailored for a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality work, even when encountering obstacles.
- Insurance subject matter acumen;
Casualty expertise preferred. - 7+ years of financial services consulting, operations, or analytics experience, or equivalent, required.
- Bachelor's degree.
Base salary range: $190,000 – $220,000 annually. Compensation will be based on experience, education, qualifications, and location.
