Healthcare Business Systems Analyst
Location:
Newark NJ
Duration:
Contract 06 Months
Rate: DOE

Experience/Skillset:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required
- At least 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required (must have experience in one of the domains Enrollment, claims, Auths or providers)
- Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers
- Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories
- Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies
- Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skills
- Strong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilities
- Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
