- 13+ Years of Technical Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience in System Design Documentation (SDD) ownership
- BRD, FRD, SRS, RTM, DFD, BPMN, ERD creation
- Advanced SQL (joins, subqueries, aggregations, window functions, stored procedures)
- API specifications, JSON/XML schemas, Swagger/Postman
- Source-to-target data mapping & ETL validation
- Gap analysis, feasibility analysis & impact assessment
- UAT coordination with SQL-based data validation
- Azure Dev Ops, Agile/Scrum, Sprint management
- Rental assistance, housing benefits, landlord payment systems experience
- ACH, disbursement processing & payment enrollment workflow
