We are looking for a highly experienced Azure Architect with a strong background in cloud transformation, application migration, modernization, and enterprise architecture
. The ideal candidate should bring deep hands‑on expertise in Azure PaaS, containerization, AKS, .NET/Java modernization
, and the ability to lead large‑scale enterprise migration programs with an end‑to‑end architectural view.

This role requires a leader who can act as the central architectural anchor across Application, Data, Infrastructure/Network, and Security
, while working closely with customer stakeholders, CXOs, project teams, and domain architects to drive unified transformation strategy and execution.

As an Azure Architect, you will lead large and complex legacy‑to‑cloud migration and modernization programs
, define Azure target architecture, guide transformation planning, and ensure seamless execution across all phases—from discovery and assessment to wave planning and migration delivery
.

You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and modernization‑led Azure solutions while enabling customers to move from siloed migration efforts to a cohesive end‑to‑end transformation journey
.

• Lead large‑scale cloud migration and modernization programs for enterprise customers
• Define and drive Azure strategy, architecture, and transformation roadmap
• Design Azure Landing Zones and target‑state architecture for modernization programs
• Orchestrate end‑to‑end migration lifecycle covering:
  Discovery, Assessment, Planning, Wave planning
• Develop a blueprint for application modernization with a clear delivery approach across all transformation stages
• Lead modernization of .NET and Java‑based applications to Azure
• Design and implement solutions using Azure PaaS services and container platforms
• Drive application containerization and modernization using Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, ACA, and Web Apps for Containers
• Manage and optimize AKS clusters and containerized workloads
• Analyze application architecture, dependencies, integrations, and migration pathways
• Define and execute R‑disposition strategy for applications and workloads
• Standardize tools and frameworks across migration phases, including:
  • Azure Migrate, Discovery / dependency agents
  • GHCP or similar assessment platforms
• Drive database modernization strategy covering multiple database technologies
• Assess and optimize application performance pre‑and post‑migration
• Understand customer infrastructure landscape and provide end‑to‑end Azure solution architecture
• Create customer‑facing transformation packs outlining migration journey, scope, architecture, and execution approach
• Support large‑scale engagements involving high migration volumes and aggressive timelines
• Ensure scope clarity, architecture alignment, and detailed planning to reduce escalations and delivery risks
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Dev Ops, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, and Security teams
• Guide and mentor teams technically and manage large teams of 50+ members

• Strong hands‑on experience in application development, migration, and modernization
• Proven expertise in large‑scale legacy and cloud migration programs
• Deep experience in Azure PaaS and cloud‑native modernization
• Strong hands‑on expertise in containerization and orchestration:
  • Docker
  • Experience in hosting, configuring, and scaling applications on Azure PaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of containerized web applications, front‑end workloads, and web services
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes hosting models and AKS administration
• Expertise in application dependency analysis and integration mapping
• Experience with database connectivity, configurations, and modernization pathways
• Strong understanding of application architecture and cross‑domain dependencies
• Ability to assess migration feasibility and define practical modernization approaches
• Experience with migration factory operating models and enterprise‑scale transformation planning
