You will handle first-line remote support and coordinate with escalation teams, ensuring timely updates to end users. Responsibilities include logging incidents, tracking progress, and troubleshooting Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Windows 10, SharePoint, Power BI and related cloud services across multiple platforms.
