We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Technical Delivery Leader with 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry to drive strategic client engagements at the AVP level
. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in modern data and AI platforms with a strong executive presence to lead client-facing delivery initiatives, particularly within the insurance domain, with group insurance experience preferred
. We are looking for someone in the East Coast (USA) and can travel 20–30%
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for data and AI engagements, from solutioning through execution
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for client stakeholders
- Own solution architecture and technical design decisions across data platforms
- Drive stakeholder management across business and technical audiences, including C-suite/executive presentations
- Build and present technical solutioning decks (PowerPoint) for client and internal audiences
- Guide teams on agentic delivery approaches and modern AI-driven delivery models
- Partner with sales/pre-sales teams on proposals and technical solutioning as needed
- 12+ years of total experience, with a track record in data/AI delivery leadership
- Strong familiarity with insurance industry data structures; group insurance experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on/architectural knowledge of MS Fabric
- Proficiency across the MS Azure data stack (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, etc.)
- Strong data modeling and data warehousing expertise
- Understanding of agentic AI delivery frameworks and practices
- Excellent PowerPoint/deck-building skills for executive and client audiences
- Demonstrated executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Based on the East Coast (US); able to travel 20–30%

Base Compensation Range: 138,000 to 190,000
The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position.
The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.
