Helpdesk Analyst

+ Shift Remote:
Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 05:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

+ Provide technical support to users via phone, email, remote access, or in person

+ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues

+ Install, configure, and support software applications and system updates

+ Perform remote hardware and software diagnostics

+ Document incidents, service requests, resolutions, and support activities

+ Monitor system functionality and identify potential issues

+ Escalate complex technical problems when necessary

+ Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting steps and corrective actions

+ Assist users with system access, application usage, and technical inquiries

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

+ 5 Years of experience Help Desk, Technical Support,

+ Associate's degree in computer sciences

** Pay Details:**  $39.40 per hour
