We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), RICEFW Development, Integrations, Reports, and Data Conversions
. The ideal candidate will lead technical implementation, integrations, reporting, and Oracle HCM Cloud enhancements across enterprise HR applications.
- Design and develop RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Solution Design Documents
- Develop scalable Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions
- Build inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Support on-premises to Oracle Fusion HCM migration projects
- Develop BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reports
- Build Fast Formulas, Approval Workflows, Extensions, and Custom Roles
- Customize Oracle HCM pages using Sandboxes and Redwood UI
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and new features
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
- Lead testing, cutover, deployment, and post-production support
