Job Title: Senior Architect – Oracle EBS Procurement & Payables

Location: Newark, NJ (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with 14–18 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) specializing in Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, and Payables
. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable Oracle ERP solutions, optimize Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, strengthen financial controls and compliance, and support enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives.

• Design end-to-end Oracle EBS architectures for Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, and Payables
  .
• Translate complex Source-to-Pay business requirements into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.
• Develop solution blueprints covering configurations, integrations, customizations, data flows, and extensions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to validate solution designs.
• Optimize procurement and payables configurations to improve operational efficiency and vendor collaboration.
• Design and oversee integrations with supplier portals, banking systems, tax engines, and external applications.
• Define architecture, documentation, and development standards to ensure maintainability and audit readiness.
• Monitor and optimize procurement and payables processes including purchase orders, approvals, invoice matching, and payment processing.
• Lead production issue resolution, defect triage, and root cause analysis.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure governance, compliance, and performance.
• Support data migration, validation, and cleansing activities.
• Prepare architectural documentation, integration diagrams, impact assessments, and solution roadmaps.
• Mentor technical teams on Oracle EBS best practices.
• Conduct impact assessments for Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and new functionality.

• 14–18 years of experience in Oracle ERP solutions.
• Extensive hand‑on experience with Oracle EBS Purchasing, Procurement Contracts, and Payables.
• Expertise in procurement configuration, approval workflows, sourcing, and receiving processes.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Procurement Contracts lifecycle management and compliance.
• Deep experience with Oracle Payables including invoice processing, matching, tax management, payments, and financial close.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience designing integrations using APIs, web services, and file‑based interfaces.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams in hybrid environments.
