AJ Foods Inc is a rapidly expanding restaurant operator in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania looking to hire an Operations Technology Technician to add to our Technology Department. This is a great entry-level opportunity for a recent college student or someone looking to embark on a technology career.

• Hardware Troubleshooting & Reload of Software
• Install/Replace OS images for POS devices
• Install/Replace POS equipment and Network equipment
• On-site & Remote Tech Support
• Audio/Video Install/Support
• Skilled Mounting and Drilling. (ex. neatly mount POS devices on the wall)
• Ensuring all cables are neatly tied and bundled.
• MUST HAVE reliable transportation.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• High School degree or higher
• 1-2 years technical support experience.
• A+ Certification required.
• Recent/relevant experience in the fields of IT, Windows Network technology
• Point-of-Sale Systems experience.
• Familiarity with all common networking services.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and end users.
• Independent thinking and effective time management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative and analytical thinker / problem solver.
• Team player with a positive attitude, willing and able to meet agreed-upon goals.
• Ability to work in multiple environments (both physically on site as well as remotely).
