Position Overview

Our client is seeking three experienced Program Managers to lead strategic Data & AI transformation initiatives within the newly established Chief Data & AI Office. These are highly visible leadership roles responsible for driving enterprise-wide programs that support Prudential's Data and AI strategy, partnering closely with senior executives, business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors.

The positions will align to one of three strategic portfolios:

  • Domain Activation & Data Product Delivery
  • Enterprise AI, Intelligent Automation & Business AI Accelerators

This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced Program Managers who thrive leading complex enterprise initiatives involving data, AI, cloud modernization, digital transformation, and organizational change.

Responsibilities
  • Lead large-scale enterprise Data & AI transformation programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, milestones, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Coordinate multiple cross-functional work streams across business, technology, operations, governance, and vendor organizations.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and serve as a strategic advisor throughout program execution.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees, governance meetings, and decision-making sessions.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, communications, and status reporting.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and program health.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, Architecture, Business Leaders, and Vendors to ensure successful execution.
  • Support organizational readiness, adoption, and change management efforts.
  • Ensure technology investments align with strategic business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Experience managing large-scale Data, AI, Analytics, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Technology programs.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technology initiatives to business value.
  • Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
