Description:
We are seeking a skilled PMO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, processes, and methodologies within the organization. The PMO Consultant will work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, alignment with business objectives, and adherence to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management frameworks and tools.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
- Facilitate project governance and reporting processes. Should have experience on SAP ERP.
- Conduct project audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals with organizational strategy.
- Train and mentor project managers and team members on project management methodologies.
