• Lead digital media strategy, execution, and optimization across all inventory types to achieve brand and business objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
- Marketer, agency, or consultative services experience in programmatic media strategy and investment
- Knowledge of advertising channels including TV, audio, OOH, display, digital video, and social media
- Knowledge of buying methodologies including CPM, CPC, and CPA
- Ability to manage self-serve programmatic and social channels and launch new channels
- Experience leading teams and maintaining high team morale through change and intense workloads
- Experience with analysis and reporting
- Experience in data-driven targeting and reach strategy
- Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders
- Experience in programmatic and paid social media buying
- Experience with Yahoo, Amazon AAP, Google, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, X/Twitter, Pinterest, and Linked In
- Experience with data-driven media technology including Liveramp, Adobe AAM, and Epsilon
- Knowledge of ad verification and brand safety tools including IAS, Double Verify, and Moat
- Experience managing programmatic budgets of at least fifty million dollars
- Programmatic leadership experience within agency trade desks, management consultancies, or brands with in-house programmatic capabilities
- Knowledge of the evolution of programmatic media
- Experience influencing executives on technology adoption
- Experience with dynamic creative, AI, and generative AI technologies and tools such as Innovid
- Experience managing agency relationships and resources
- Understanding of ad trafficking and tagging operations processes using CM and Innovid
