Mbi Llc is seeking a desktop engineer for a fully onsite, second-shift role in Newark, NJ. You will provide level 1 & 2 support for users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops, and conduct remote problem solving when needed.
Responsibilities include installing hardware and software, setting up networks, managing Active Directory and Exchange, imaging machines, and collaborating with IT teams on projects. Travel to other NJ sites may be required.
