The IRM x Smart Suite Developer supports the team by designing and maintaining Smart Suite workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to streamline business processes, provide technical support, and ensure comprehensive documentation of all solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in no-code/low-code platforms and a passion for optimizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain Smart Suite workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports
- Translate business requirements into effective Smart Suite solutions
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training
- Document workflows, automations, and system configurations
- Assist with system integrations and stay updated on Smart Suite enhancements
- 2–4 years of experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Power Apps)
- Strong skills in workflow design and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Familiarity with APIs or system integrations
