We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics & Data Analyst to support our distribution, transportation, warehouse, and business intelligence operations. This position is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, maintaining data accuracy across multiple business systems, and developing reporting solutions that help drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets, business systems, and cross-functional teams.

• Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Develop, maintain, and automate operational reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze transportation, delivery, warehouse, inventory, and customer service data.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Create KPIs and scorecards for leadership and operational teams.
  • Assist with forecasting, planning, and performance measurement initiatives.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and executive summaries.
• Logistics & Operations Support
  • Analyze route performance, delivery efficiency, and service levels.
  • Support transportation and warehouse management initiatives.
  • Review operational processes and recommend improvements.
  • Monitor operational metrics and investigate root causes of exceptions.
  • Assist in network optimization and cost reduction projects.
• Systems & Data Management
  • Maintain data integrity across business applications.
  • Support business users with reporting, troubleshooting, and data requests.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
  • Validate and audit data quality across multiple systems.
  • Assist with testing and deployment of new reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Collaboration
    • Partner with Operations, Logistics, Accounting, Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams.
    • Translate business requirements into actionable reporting and analytics solutions.
    • Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

  Position Logistics Data Analyst

  Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, logistics analysis, business analytics, or operational reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and formulas.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  Preferred
  • Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in transportation, distribution, warehousing, or food distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of route management, fleet operations, or supply chain analytics.
  • Experience working with ERP, TMS, WMS, or CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, or data automation tools.
