- FM - Divorce and post-judgment matters
- FD - Non-dissolution matters
- FV - Domestic violence matters
- FA - Juvenile and related family actions
- Independently manage a full caseload of Family Law matters from intake through resolution
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients in divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and domestic violence cases
- Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
- Appear in court and represent clients in hearings, conferences, and trials
- Maintain current knowledge of New Jersey Family Law statutes, rules, and procedures
- Communicate with clients clearly and compassionately during highly sensitive matters
- Supervise and delegate work to assigned paralegal staff
- Contribute positively to the firm's collaborative culture
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active New Jersey Bar license in good standing
- 5+ years of Family Law experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to independently handle FM / FD / FV / FA matters
- Courtroom and trial experience
- Strong negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Salary range: $90,000 - $160,000, scaled based on experience
