Overview
Family Law Attorney
Our growing law firm is looking to hire a Family Attorney who is fiercely passionate about representing clients facing one of the most challenging times in their lives.
Responsibilities- Ability to independently draft motions
- Conduct depositions
- Expert testimony and trial prep
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Family Law
- Ability to independently draft motions, conduct depositions, expert testimony, and trial prep
- Experience in domestic violence cases is a plus
- Barred in NY is a plus but not required
- The firm offers bonus opportunity
