Prominent labor-side law firm, representing unions and pension funds, with offices in Newark and Trenton, is seeking an attorney candidate with 2-4 years’ experience or more to handle administrative hearings, arbitrations, and litigation in state and federal courts, primarily in labor and employment law, in both the public and private sector.

- Excellent writing skills.
- N.J. Bar admission required.
- ERISA, PERC and/or NLRB experience a plus.
