Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of complex construction defect cases involving representation of architects, engineers, surveyors and other design professionals on construction projects.
- Assist with commercial litigation cases as needed.
- Draft pleadings, dispositive and discovery motions, and appellate briefs.
- Take and defend depositions; argue motions in state and federal courts.
- Bar Admissions:
New Jersey (required) - Pennsylvania or New York (added bonus). - 3+ years of relevant litigation experience.
- Trial experience is a plus but not required.
