Duties- Handle all aspects of medical malpractice cases, from intake to trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Negotiate settlements.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced legal professionals.
- A minimum of three years of plaintiff medical malpractice experience.
- Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey Bar.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven track record of success in litigation.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
