Logistics Operations Specialist​/Оперативний менеджер; Ukrainian language skills

An international logistics company is expanding its operations in the United States and is looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team

We are seeking a proactive logistics professional with hands-on experience in international transportation and supply chain operations. This is an opportunity to become a key member of a growing team and contribute directly to the development of our US operations.

• Coordinate and manage international shipments from the United States to destinations worldwide
• Communicate and negotiate with carriers, freight forwarders, terminal operators, warehouses, and logistics partners
• Source transportation providers and obtain competitive freight rates
• Ensure smooth execution of shipments and resolve operational issues
• Coordinate all parties involved in the supply chain to maintain efficient logistics processes
• Monitor service provider invoices and payment processes
• Support and oversee warehouse operations, including unloading, temporary storage, and loading activities
• Maintain operational records, documentation, and reporting
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support the growth of the company’s US operations
• Perform additional operational tasks as required by management

• Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation operations
• Strong understanding of ocean, air, road, and/or multimodal transportation
• Experience working with carriers, agents, terminals, and logistics service providers
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional proficiency in English
• Ukrainian or Russian language skills are required
