The Operations Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Somerset, NJ. In this role, the specialist will coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities, ensuring timely and accurate movement of goods. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, managing documentation, resolving operational issues, and maintaining close communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners. The Operations Specialist will support process improvements, assist with project-based initiatives, and contribute to optimizing workflows for efficiency and cost control.
The role also involves maintaining records, preparing reports, and adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance metrics, and support decision-making.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in logistics or supply chain, proficiency with MS Office and logistics software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A relevant associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
