About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well‑established logistics/brokerage team that’s growing and needs a true entry writer focused on high‑volume data entry and PGA (FDA “May Proceed”) releases. This role suits someone who enjoys steady pace, clean processes, and must‑be‑accurate, swift clearance of shipments.

If you’ve worked in brokerage operations and can confidently handle 100–150 entries per month, you’ll stand out immediately.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Enter and process import entries accurately and on time
  • Review documents and correct missing or incorrect information before submission
  • Handle PGA/FDA steps, including “May Proceed” releases, and flag exams immediately
  • Use client SOPs to classify shipments and apply correct HTS and product codes
  • Track release status across Customs, FDA and other agencies, resolving holds or errors promptly
  • Update delivery orders and send clear instructions to carriers when shipments must be held
  • Correct bill of lading and file issues and hand off completed files to Post‑Entry
What They’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in entry writing or brokerage operations, with an emphasis on high‑volume data entry and PGA/FDA responsibilities
  • Proven ability to maintain a 100–150 entries per month pace
  • Strong Excel, Outlook and Word skills
  • Detail‑driven, self‑organized, and able to work independently while supporting customer mandates
