This role is ideal for a Licensed Customs Broker who wants to take ownership of brokerage operations, support a growing team, and help improve accuracy, compliance, and client service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support, guide, and mentor Entry Writers and import operations staff.
  • Review import documentation for accuracy before submission to U.S. Customs.
  • Help resolve Customs rejections, RFIs, holds, documentation issues, and compliance matters
    .
  • Prepare and file Customs entries when needed based on workload.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures, workflows, and brokerage processes

  • Monitor regulatory updates involving U.S. Customs, Partner Government Agencies, and import compliance requirements
    .
  • Coordinate team workflow, assign priorities, and help balance daily productivity.
  • Work closely with leadership on training, process improvement, and operational growth.
  • Support strong client service by ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and compliance across the import process.
What They’re Looking For
  • Active U.S. Customs Broker License highly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Customs Brokerage operations preferred
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations, import entries, trade compliance, and documentation requirements
    .
  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting Entry Writers is strongly preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience reviewing or filing customs entries.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly in a fast‑paced import environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑through skills.
  • Experience improving processes, workflows, or SOPs is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Why You’ll Love It There
  • Opportunity to take ownership of a key Customs Brokerage operation
    .
  • Hands‑on leadership role with direct impact on compliance, accuracy, and team performance.
  • Work with a company that values brokerage expertise and operational improvement.
  • Strong fit for someone who enjoys solving import problems, supporting a team, and keeping clients compliant.
  • Stable Monday–Friday schedule in a growing logistics environment.
