The Director of Logistics will oversee end to end logistics operations, ensuring all product movement, both domestic and international, is executed on time, cost effectively, and with a high level of consistency. This role manages both warehouse operations (large scale teams across day and night shifts) and office based logistics teams, requiring strong leadership across multiple functions.

The ideal candidate is a proven leader of leaders, capable of driving performance, improving systems, and aligning teams across operations. This role works cross functionally to plan capacity, optimize execution, and build scalable logistics strategies that support ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end to end logistics including inbound, outbound, and inter warehouse operations
• Lead and manage large warehouse teams and office logistics staff
• Direct transportation strategy, routing, and carrier management
• Manage international and domestic freight planning and execution
• Monitor KPIs and logistics performance to drive improvements
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Ensure on time shipping and delivery performance
• Manage vendor, carrier, and third party logistics relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to align operations with production and demand

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in logistics, shipping, or distribution
• Experience managing both warehouse operations and office logistics teams
• Background in high volume manufacturing or distribution environments
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping
• Proven leadership managing large teams and multiple departments
• Experience with logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
