Overview
YCS is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform quality maintenance work in residential facilities, offices and external infrastructure of the buildings.
Responsibilities- Perform maintenance work including installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment according to local and fire-safety facility requirements.
- Perform minor plumbing, painting, carpentry/masonry work; replace windows; order parts and supplies; secure township permits as needed.
- Hang doors/door frames and window equipment from suppliers; provide estimates and repair costs.
- Participate in incidental seasonal tasks such as shoveling, raking leaves, etc.
Full-Time:
Mon.
- Fri. 8:00am - 4:00pm. Position requires availability to be On-Call for emergencies.
- Valid driver s license
- High School Diploma/Equivalent (GED)
- 1-5 years of maintenance/building work experience
