Responsible for cleaning and completing all janitorial jobs assigned.

• Clean and sanitize restroom toilets/urinals/sinks/counters/partitions/wall and clean mirrors, refill restroom dispensers.
• Clean Glass, Dust, and wipe furniture:
  Sweep, Mop and vacuum floors:
  Collect and empty all trash and clean wastebaskets and garbage containers.
• Recycle all paper, plastics, and cardboard.
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools: buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high speed burnishers and side by sides and vacuums, brooms, mops and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, carpets, furniture, etc.
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. USE AS DIRECTED.
• Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis

• Two to three years of janitorial experience
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed & involved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to lift at least 50lbs
• Minimal Knowledge of all floor machines. (Vacuum, Burnisher, Side by Side machine,)

• Ability to work in a group setting
• Works with Minimal Supervision

• Work with Electrical Equipment
• Work in hot or cold, wet or dry environments
• Work in dirty and dusty environments
• Bending/ Squatting is required throughout the day while mopping, dusting sweeping, vacuuming, buffing, burnishing etc.
